The project to build a cinema and office complex is located in a protected natural site on the banks of Lake Khajaduga in Hyderabad, India. To preserve the quality of the site, the project reproduces its topographical and morphological characteristics. The cinema and office complex is split into different entities to recall the scattered rock layout, while the form and colour of the buildings reflect the rocks’ physiognomy. Respect of the site is paramount in the conception of this cinema and office complex, which brings into play much of ANMA’s ultracontextual approach.
